Pink Salmon

1 kg pink salmon fillet

1 lemon

1 tablespoon vegetable oil 

Black pepper 

Provencal herbs

1. Liberally spill the fish fillet with the juice of one lemon.

2. Season with pepper and herbal mixture, sprinkle with lemon zest. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Take the foil for baking, grease it with vegetable oil and put the pickled pieces of pink salmon.

4. Wrap each piece of pink salmon in a separate sheet of foil and fix the edges so as to prevent the juice from flowing out.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

6. The pink salmon is ready! A light salad of vegetables is perfect as a side dish.
