Lazy Cabbage Rolls

300 g minced beef

150 g white cabbage

1 stalk of celery

1 carrot

2 eggs

Indian curry spices

1 teaspoon lemon juice

olive oil 

100 ml 1% kefir

½  teaspoon ground ginger

1. Grind cabbage, carrot and celery in a blender and pour over them with lemon juice.

2.  Mix vegetables with minced meat, egg and curry. Mix everything well. 

3.  Coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil. Form cabbage rolls from minced meat and place in a frying pan. Form cabbage rolls from minced meat and place in a frying pan.

4.  Mix kefir and ginger for gravy and pour the cabbage rolls on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 220-260 degrees.
