Cheesecake in Apple

3 apples 

            300 g 15% cottage cheese          2 eggs

                 50-70 ml cream 30%                  Dates or any other sweet dried fruits

1. Wash the apples and cut lengthwise into two equal halves, then cut the seed chambers.

2. Peel dates. Boil the pulp in boiling water until soft and grind to a puree with a kitchen knife or blender.

3. Combine the cheese with the egg and cream and beat in a blender until a lush cream and increase in volume by at least 50%.

4. Spread a little date puree in the halves of the apples, cheese mass place on top with a pastry bag. Place on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in the oven at 160-170 ° C for at least 30 minutes or until the apples are fully cooked.
