Banana Pancakes
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
50 g oat flakes
½ teaspoon baking powder
15-20 g nuts
Cinnamon
1. Pour the oatmeal with nuts and baking powder into a blender. Grind these components almost into flour (about 1-2 minutes). If the nuts begin to secrete oil and stick to the bottom of the bowl, gently push them aside with a spoon and grind them again.
2. Add eggs.
3. Peel the banana, break it into pieces and put it in the blender bowl.
4. Add cinnamon. Beat the dough until smooth. It turns out to be liquid.
5. Preheat the pan, grease with vegetable oil and pour out the dough, forming pancakes. Fry until bubbles appear on the pancakes. Then turn over - cook for another 1-2 minutes and remove from the pan.
6. Before the next batch, grease the bottom of the pan with vegetable oil. For less oil consumption, use a cooking brush. Banana pancakes are ready.
