Avocado Rolls

Nori

Bell pepper

Lettuce

Avocado

Green onion

Dill

Carrot

Cucumber

100 g pine nuts

Lemon

Apple cider vinegar

Water

1. Place lettuce, chopped cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, avocado, green onion and dill on the nori leaf.

2. Roll the rolls very tightly, fast the edges with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water.

3. Cut with a knife soaked in vinegar and water.

    Sause:

1. Take 100 grams of pine nuts, half a glass of water, a third of the lemon with the peel.

2. Whisk it all in a blender until smooth.
